The following are sample menus which can be served seated for up to twenty four guests or as a buffet for thirty. The ultimate option is to have your own on board chef, with menus and prices individually tailored to guests requirements.

Please let us know if you have any guests with specific dietary requirements. Freshly baked loaves, coffee and truffles are all included. Please choose one option for each course for the whole party from the selection below. All main courses will have an appropriate accompaniment (salads, potatoes, rice etc.).

SAMPLE MENUS FOR SUMMER 2007 @ £ 37.50 (Inc VAT) per person

MENU

  • Smoked salmon filled with a mousse and garnished with king prawns
  • Tomato and goats cheese tart with roasted pepper pesto
  • Tian of crab, avocado and tomato

  • Thai chicken served with fragrant rice
  • Peppered fillet of beef (£5.00 additional charge per head)
  • Poached salmon served on a bed of asparagus
    with lemon & tarragon mayonnaise

  • Individual pavlovas with summer fruits
  • Summer puddings
  • Soft pistachio meringue with cointreau cream and poached apricots
  • Terrine of summer fruits with cream and yoghurt brulée
  • Lemon tart with raspberry coulis
  • A platter of unpasteurised English cheeses, biscuits and all the trimmings (£5.50 per head)

PICNIC

You are welcome to bring your own picnic but why not save yourself the washing up by hiring our crystal, porcelain and silverware (cost for use £100)
