The hull is iroko with a mahogany transom and a marine ply cabin on a mahogany framework. The hull was partially refurbished with new decks, superstructure and accommodation constructed by Mike Dennett and Sons of Laleham in 2005. In some ways she could be described as a cruising houseboat with the wheel almost incidentally present at the forward end of the saloon to the portside of the sliding roof area with double windows opening onto the foredeck. Astern of the living area on the port side is a well fitted out galley with full cooking facilities, sink and drainer and on the starboard side a decent shower and loo with hot water from a gas water heater with a calorifier for back up. The cabin is heated by a small Cottager solid fuel stove. Also included in the sale will be a generator, battery charger, fenders, windlass, mooring pins etc.The boat is driven by a 1300 marinised Ford engine. Available for viewing with current BW licence to July 08 and BSS certificate to 2011. Ashore in Hertfordshire so ideal for survey.
