luxurious Victorian Steamer 'Alaska'.
Alaska, built in 1883, is the oldest working steamer on the Thames. She
is 60ft of beautiful varnish and highly polished brass and makes the ideal
venue for that extra special day, equally at home for corporate entertainment
as well as for smaller family parties for birthdays and anniversaries, guaranteed
to bring the 'wow' factor whatever the occasion.
The Alaska
is available with a full range of catering options to suit all budgets and
tastes. These range from sandwich menus through to canapé and full luxury
menu options. A variety of bar options are also available on request to suit
your special event. This can be combined with a variety of entertainment options
including a jazz or calypso band, string quartet or even a magician to add
to the experience.
Ideal for parties from 12 - 32 persons and available from locations along
the length of the non-tidal Thames with skipper, stoker and crew !
