The Bahama 23 was conceived by Jacques Audoin and Bruno Gandolphe as a subtle blend of simplicity, efficiency and style. It combines timeless elegance with modern technology, both in its conception and its construction. A balance between weight and stiffness allows the Bahama 23 to be surprisingly light for its size. Fast and fun to drive, it will be propelled easily by a medium sized engine. It is also easy to trail, launch and maintain. The Bahama 23 cruises comfortably, smoothly and safely even through a steep chop. Pronounced deadrise, relatively high bow and great stability back aft, result in impressive rough water speed, tight manouevering ability and ski towing efficiency. Its original interior layout offers plenty of open space and allows six to eight people to cruise in comfort. The big cockpit becomes either a sundeck or a pleasant place for a sunset drink with friends while the forward cabin offers privacy for donning your bathing suit or even sleeping at anchor overnight. With a great range of colours, you can select your own combination of finishing touches and customize your Bahama 23 as a real 'one-off' boat. The Bahama 23 Classic, the Riviera featuring an aft bathing platform and the Bahama 23 Sedan (with the forward cuddy as per the right hand photo) comprise the range of Bahama 23 boats. There are loads of options such as the MP3 connection, the onboard shower, a loo for the forward cabin area, differing amounts of apparent wood and a number of covers for sun or rain. The range also includes the Bahama 20 - please see our website for information. The Bahama range takes its inspiration from the utility boats and the sea skiff built by Chris Craft pre war. Please contact us for brochures and price lists.View the editorial here...
