Jalda is a charming Rampart of some 46ft, built in 1956, mahogany planks on acacia ribs, oak keel and side keels, teak deck with mahogany interior. Two Perkins Sabre M92 engines 70hp installed in 2004, antifouled in 2010, Lorenz GPS with charts for English channel, French riviera and Spain, power generator, sonar, autopilot, hydraulic transmission, navigational charts for the French canals. Last valuation in Paris in 2009 at 80'000 euros (68'000 GBP) for which a survey is available. Due to work commitments for sale in London at £49,500. It could do with some remedial work on the decks which would be well worth while and quotes are available for the bits and pieces which would bring the boat up to a good standard. Internally the boat is quite lovely with so many original features. The current owner bought her in France and has not only lived on her in London but has also cruised extensively.
