The Lady Anne P is a stylish Swedish double ender clinker built cruiser of mahogany with an oregon pine deck under canvas style coating. The hull is honduras mahogany on oak. A similar boat came to Henley Traditional Boat Festival a few years ago with a family on board, all the way from Germany and carried off several trophies. These are really usable craft with good cabin space and sleeping for us to five people. The Swedes love to be outside in good weather so the cockpit seats 8. The original engine is still going strong and gives the boat a good turn of speed – about 9 knots from the 36 HP Perkins. Boat Safety Scheme certificate valid until 28th December 2022 with EA Thames licence paid up to the end of December 2020. During the past winter there has been a new coach house roof with blue covers for the rooflights as well as a full length cover (£2760). A new bilge pump was added and the boat has been serviced with all the electrics upgraded to include lighting. In spring 2020 the decks were repaired and revarnished to the boat is in fantastic condition with new cushions in both cabins. Heads are to starboard in the aft cabin and there is hanging space on the port side. A cosy V berth in to be found aft making this the perfect family boat for weekends and holidays afloat.
