This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes the personal data collected or generated (processed) when you use Henley Sales & Charter’s websites, for example hscboats.co.uk and pureboating.co.uk. Henley Sales & Charter Limited, the firm behind hscboats.co.uk, does not identify users of this site. The site does use cookies, though.

That is because we use Google Analytics, a popular web analytics service which uses cookies to help us to count the number of people that visit hscboats.co.uk and to analyse how they use it (e.g. we can determine which pages on our site are the most popular ones).

When you book a boat online, as part of the booking process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our services, new boats and other updates.
